Salary: £35,000 gross per annum (pro-rata)

A Gardener/Handyperson/Driver is required for a large 50 acre property in Antrobus, Cheshire (CW9). This position is a hybrid role and you would also be required to work at the office premises approx. 4 miles away

Start Date: End October 2025

Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm: Monday – Friday (or part time 3 days per week)

Duties:

• General gardening & garden maintenance
• General internal/external maintenance
• Harrowing horse arena with quad & harrow/topping paddocks
• Delivery driving at office premises
• Taking deliveries & organising deliveries
• Valeting cars/vans

You must:

• Have previous relevant experience with checkable references to support your application
• Have an Enhanced DBS certificate or be happy to have one done
• Be a driver with own car & live locally (within 10 mile commute)
• Like dogs & horses (experience with horses a bonus)
• Be able to manage your time
• Be looking for a long term position
• Have a flexible attitude and be happy to work as required by client
• Have a good level of English
